I’m Manfred Goschler and this website is a personal project that has been close to my heart for some time. I created it as a space to explore two aspects of a journey: learning and working with technology, as well as recording some of my impressions, ideas, and reflections. I hope to share this with friends and anyone who is interested.
Why This Website?
This website was born out of my fascination with the ever-evolving world of technology, which offers us new ways to shape and express our ideas.
Experimenting with dynamic information structures is part of this technical aspect, which has always fascinated me. But more than that, I wanted a place where I could document and organize my impressions and thoughts—a kind of digital archive for myself and a platform where I could freely share them with others. Unlike social media, this platform offers the freedom to present ideas in flexible, even experimental formats.
In addition, the inspiration for this website’s theme was also influenced by Aristotle’s quote, “Life is movement.” This idea resonates with my involvement in endurance sports and shapes my thoughts about movement in a broader sense. It also connects to topics like artificial intelligence (AI), which I first encountered about 40 years ago and which is now increasingly impacting our world.
Movement in a more general sense also raises interesting questions:
Is it destined, or is it open-ended? Where might it lead?

Meet Karma, my AI assistant and virtual companion on this site. Karma is a young, curious character who explores questions with an open mind and without adult assumptions. Representing a possible future of AI, Karma provides different perspectives—sometimes making mistakes, but always learning and growing. Through Karma’s journey, we aim to delve into the AI world to better understand its possibilities and limitations.
